Some response:
Drop The Lime (Trouble & Bass) " BIIIIG!! Cheers, these are all really dope and up my block ."
Fine Cut Bodies:
"thanx for the tunes... playing the original for a year now... and still in my sets!
really like the Si Begg mixes also! great release from Muti!"
Datapusher (L3, Transverse): "The sibegg remix of elixir, is top notch. This makes a good intro song for me, as all the technical dabbling is what I seek, goes from a spacey intro to a steppy tech adventure…
The original is solid, I just see the other 2 fitting in my mixes more."
Justin Maxwell (Pallette Recordings, Pretension Records):
"Re: Chunk-House mix, Niiiiiiiice one! Best mix on the ep! Crunchy and nasty.
"
Kemek The Dope Computer:" Whoah! Crazy electro goodness from Muti. especially loving the Si Begg remixes, but all are dancefloor-worthy."

The Tracks:
Elixir (Original),
D 'n A turned a few heads with their first release on Muti Music 'Rhythm is Life' in 2005, Elixir is a fresh 'tribal-hyphe-breakbeat-electro' fusion sound that is indicative of the evolving sounds for the San Francisco Bay Area. D 'n A is a collaboration project between Dov and an-ten-nae who are well known as artists in their own right and at the forefront of San Francisco's electronic music scene with many releases and a multitude of club nights they have founded, they have their fingers on the pulse of the Bay and it's beating hard and tribal. This original track has already seen support from Freq Nasty at Burning Man Festival amongst others.
The remixes make this 12" an essential package for your crate.
Si Begg 'Genome' remix is one of Si's strongest dance-floor outings to date, utilizing his unrelenting bass production skills, this one is a driving bassline chugger that also drops to a half-time interlude handy for those mixing their dubstep with their breaks. The 'Noodles' man has outdone himself here. His 'Mutant' mix on the digital exclusive is for Grime & Steppy heads, it has enormous build-ups and basslines that could cause punctures.
Ruined 'Stranded in Paris' remix
This high level producer popped through San Francisco and gave us this handy rework under a pseudonym, hence 'Ruined' was born and it's quality production that brings a new techy twist to the term 'Electro House'. The 'Stranded in Paris' remix is a peak time track that is a little twisted too.
an-ten-nae's Baltimore flavored mix is an extra surprise for DJs who love those traditional loops, here infusing Diplo-esque basslines and booty shaking friendliness. an-ten-nae is a Muti artist who has also had multiple releases on Functional Breaks and Big Booty (Marine Parade offshoot). He was also hailed by Adam Freeland in 2003 as the best emerging artist in USA.
Dov 'Junk-House' mix makes use of the guitar and chopped vocals for an edgy peak time groove that is well accented with pretty female vocals to make this an emotional dance-floor roller-coaster that you don't want to stop.
Already featured alongside the likes of Solid Groove, Switch, Guns & Bombs and Surkin this one is made for peak time partying.
Si Begg Mutated Mix
This 'mutated' Si Begg remix is loaded with builds a massive bass drops, it rides the steppy vibe that will appeal to fans of Breaks, Electro, Grime and Garage. The track begins with a build that will have you holding your breathe in anticipation and then falling to your knees and the floor falls from beneath you when the bass hits. This remix is available exclusively in digital format, look out for the 'Genome' mix that Si did for the vinyl release available in digital format soon.
